How to Apply Our Transfers
Our DTF transfers are hot peel and should be applied using a heat press at 300°F for 9 –10 seconds.
Pressing instructions are provided on each product listing and included in every order via a printed pressing instruction card.
For best results, we recommend using a pressing pillow and an infrared thermometer to ensure your heat press is reaching the correct temperature, as temperature accuracy can vary across machines.

Color Disclaimer
Please note that due to variations in monitor and screen settings, colors may appear slightly different in person than they do on your screen. Monitor calibration, lighting, and display settings can all affect how colors are viewed online.
Turnaround Time
Our listed turnaround time refers to production time only and is subject to change. It provides an estimate of how quickly we can process your order, but it is not a guaranteed timeframe. Current turnaround times are always posted at the top of our website and do not include shipping or transit time. Please plan your orders accordingly.
During large site-wide sales or promotional events, please allow 1–2 additional business days for processing.

Order Accuracy & Cancellations
If there is an issue with your order, it will be cancelled and issued as store credit only.
Rush orders are processed immediately and cannot be changed or cancelled once submitted.
If a cancellation is requested and approved before production begins, a store credit will be issued for the full purchase amount. No refunds will be provided to the original form of payment, as all sales are final.
Once an item has been queued for production, we are unable to stop or cancel the order. All items are made to order and processed accordingly.
Shipping Information
Shipping rates are calculated based on the weight of your package. All orders are shipped via Priority Mail, which includes $100 in insurance.
We are not responsible for any lost or damaged packages once they have been handed off to the postal carrier.
Holiday Closures
Please note: We do not process orders or respond to inquiries on major holidays.
